Shipping & Returns

IntimateWear at this present time ships to Australia and New Zealand only.

Your order will be neatly wrapped in discrete packaging and sent via express post. Orders can be sent as gifts to your friends or relatives if you provide their delivery address while ordering. Since all orders are sent by express post, all orders can be accounted for and cannot get lost.

The shipping cost is $9 for orders under $100. All orders over $100 will be shipped free of charge. Please allow up to three weeks for shipping, however you will usually receive your order sooner. We do not have a minimum order, however it is wise to bundle up your purchases in one order to take advantage of our free shipping promotion.

Used goods cannot be returned and will not be accepted. Claims for returns will only be accepted within 14 days from receipt of goods and with authorisation. Do not send the goods to us under any circumstances without authorisation. Authorisation for returns may be requested by contacting us via email. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and all returned goods will incur a 20% restocking charge.
